Cochrane House Concerts is a volunteer operations managed by Gretchen and Peter. The benefit is that all the proceeds from ticket sales goes to you, the musician. In addition, if your travelling, we’re happy to offer you a place to rest your weary head as well as a home cooked meal or two.

For the show itself, you can also expect at least 20 listening patrons (though we can accommodate up to 30). You can also expect to be accosted by a lovable (but initially loud) Sheepadoodle and a matronly Old English Sheepdog. There will also be two equally loveable though aloof cats.

We generally host 9-10 concerts in a year, and sadly we cannot accommodate everyone who requests to play. Generally, we prefer to host concerts on the weekend (though for the right musician we can do a weeknight). We try to evenly host out of town and close to town acts and generally book approximately 6 months in advance.

While we do our best to reply to everyone, sadly some emails do end up slipping through the cracks. Do not take it personally, and don’t hesitate to follow up. Also, while we do occasionally check our social media direct messages, it is probably best to send us an email.
